OUGD603 - Extended Practice: D&AD John Lewis (Dieline/Packaging of The World Research)

Below is all of the research I carried out by myself to try and find inspiration for our final outcome.

Toy and Game Packaging

Technology Packaging

"The packaging redesigns for Inspiron and Vostro create a consistent, overarching identity that extends across various categories. Dell has always been environmentally conscious, so it was important that the brand-focused designs communicated that. Kraft corrugate and a simple single-color printing solution were given a modern twist with simple, bold graphics and minimal iconography, providing an opportunity to combine the two product families into a single packaging line."

OUGD603 - Extended Practice: D&AD John Lewis (Nick Munro Research)

This video greatly inspired me for this project. I absolutely love this idea, it is so simple yet so effective. I hope Grace and I are able to come up with something just as effective.

OUGD603 - Extended Practice: D&AD John Lewis (Wagamama Experience Research)

This wish upon a star campaign by Wagamama helps people to engage with a printed piece of graphic design whilst at the same time helping others.

OUGD603 - Extended Practice: D&AD John Lewis (Coca-Cola Experiential Marketing Research)

Coca-Cola have created an experiential marketing campaign which encourages people to reuse their bottles. I loved this idea and thought it was worth blogging as reference of another successful reusable product.
